- Add oil in pan, add onion and garlic cook till golden brown. Add green chilli and spices. Mix well..

- Add soya mince. I have used frozen. And mix well. Cook it for 3-4 minutes or till you see it’s cooked on medium heat..
- Heat the tortilla wrap in pan for 10 seconds each side and add some salad, soya filling and cheese. If you have salsa add that too..
